Slim Salsa
This recipe takes only 15 minutes of your time, and will give your body & skin a whole boost!
ingredients:
- 4x 150g salmon
- 2 ripe avocados
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tomatoes
- coriander
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
method:
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, mix with olive oil and chopped koriander. Add salt & pepper for the taste.
Put the flesh of the avocados into a cutter along with the lime juice and mix smooth. Add salt & pepper for the taste.
Herb the salmon with salt & pepper and coat with a little olive oil.
Grill them ready in a grill pan.
Avocado and salmon are excellent sources of essential fatty acids. Tomatoes are packed with lycopene. This is a very powerful antioxidant that slows aging.
